This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to experience Chef Amaro’s award winning approach to modern cuisine. His signature technique of creating “Culinary Moments,” through the modern method of molecular gastronomy, combines fresh, natural ingredients by using scientific cooking techniques. The result is a delicious and unforgettable dining experience with unique combinations of ingredients, intense flavors and a bold presentation.

This special dinner includes multiple “moments” (courses) paired with wine selections and requires a reservation The cost is $100 per person. Reservations can be made selecting the ‘Pay Now’ button to the right or by calling (865) 935-9680. Dinner will be held at the UT Conference Center (corner of Clinch and Henley Streets) at 7:30 pm, and there is a reception and opening ceremony for PolandNow in the same location starting at 6:30 pm. The reception and ceremony are free and open to the public.
